Sign in and set your dates

1. Open Pregnancy Pal and press Continue with Google. There's no password to remember or lose, and the same account opens the same record on every device.
2. Tell us your stage: before, during or after.
3. Add your dates. Use the due date your clinic gave you. If you don't have one, the first day of your last period gives an estimate.

You can change your dates whenever your clinic moves them, in Profile, under your pregnancy details. The tape on every page moves with them.
