Periods and fertile days

Logged periods are filled in on the calendar. An estimate of the next one has a ring around it. Press any day to put it in the form.

Log your cycle and you'll see an estimate of the days you're likely to be fertile, shaded on the Fertile days page. You can also note what you've noticed and your temperatures. Every field is optional except the date.

An estimate isn't a method of contraception or a fertility test. Ask your doctor if you're trying and it's taking a while.

If you get pregnant, the record moves on to your pregnancy and keeps your cycle history.
