What’s new in the docs

These pages last changed on November 7, 2026, when the docs were rewritten for the rebuilt app. Readers can follow /feed.xml.

  • Appearance and units: One control for colours, light and dark, text size and motion. Readings are shown in the units you choose.
  • Claiming an older record: If we wrote to you about an older account, sign in with the same Google account to bring your record across.
  • Export or delete your data: Your whole record as a file you keep, and deleting your account, on every plan.
  • Exercise: Exercises for your stage with step-by-step instructions, all optional. No streaks.
  • Food: Foods grouped as enjoy, limit or avoid, what to focus on each trimester, and what you do not eat.
  • Guides: Short reads picked from your week. Calm, plain, and clear about when to call someone.
  • Suggestions: Patterns from your own record, worded so you can ask about them. Off until you turn them on.
  • Wellness and reminders: Water, posture, eye breaks, doses and visits. You choose which reminders you want and when they stay quiet.
