What Pregnancy Pal is
Pregnancy Pal is one record for before, during and after pregnancy. It keeps your periods, visits, readings, medication, kicks, feeds and vaccinations together, and lets your partner see the parts you choose.
It isn't only for a pregnancy. You can start with your periods or with planning, and everything carries over if you get pregnant. It doesn't stop at the birth either: your baby gets a section of their own.
What it won't do
Pregnancy Pal keeps your record and can make suggestions from it. It doesn't diagnose or treat. If you think it's an emergency, contact your local emergency services. For anything urgent about your pregnancy, call your doctor or midwife.
Where it runs
Any modern browser, and our Android app. Sign in with Google on either and it's the same record. There's no iPhone app yet, so on an iPhone use it in Safari.
