Contact support
Contact support — the full list of ways to reach PregnancyPal, what each one is best for, and how to write a report that gets you a useful answer quickly.
Need a hand, found a bug, or have an idea to make PregnancyPal better? There are several ways to reach out. This page lays out each channel, what it's good for, and how to give us the details that make your request easy to act on.
A note on expectations up front: PregnancyPal is a solo-built product. We read everything that comes in, but replies aren't instant — please see the response-times section below.
Ways to get help
In-app contact form
The most direct route is the Contact form inside the app at pregnancypal.aoneahsan.com/contact. Use it for questions, problems, or anything that needs a reply. It's the best general-purpose channel because it lets you describe your issue in your own words.
Feedback
Have a suggestion, a "this could be better," or a small note that doesn't need a back-and-forth? Use the Feedback option at pregnancypal.aoneahsan.com/feedback. Feedback shapes what gets built next, so even short notes are genuinely useful.
Support page
The Support page at pregnancypal.aoneahsan.com/support is the in-app hub for help resources and support options. Start here if you're not sure which channel fits — it points you to the right place.
Get involved
Want to be more closely involved — testing, sharing detailed input, or contributing ideas? The Get Involved form at pregnancypal.aoneahsan.com/get-involved is for that. Note that this form requires you to be signed in.
Developer email
You can also email the developer directly at aoneahsan@gmail.com. This is a good option if you can't access the app, or if your message is detailed and you'd rather send it by email. The developer's broader links live on the credits page.
What to include when you report a problem
The more context you give, the faster we can help. When reporting an issue, try to include:
- What you were trying to do — for example, "save a weight entry" or "sign in."
- What actually happened — the exact behavior, and any error message word-for-word.
- Where it happened — web (which browser?) or the Android app, and your device type.
- When it started — first time, or has it happened repeatedly?
- Steps to reproduce — the sequence of taps that triggers it, if you can repeat it.
- A screenshot — if the screen looks wrong, a picture is worth a paragraph.
Please don't include passwords (you don't have a PregnancyPal password anyway — sign-in is through Google) or any sensitive detail you wouldn't want in an email.
Before you reach out
A quick self-check can sometimes save you the wait:
- Check the FAQ — your question may already have a clear answer there.
- Try the troubleshooting steps — sign-in, sync, and notification issues usually have a quick fix.
- Confirm you're online and up to date — many "broken" moments are a dropped connection or an out-of-date app.
If you've done those and you're still stuck, that's exactly when to use one of the channels above.
Response expectations
PregnancyPal is built and maintained by one person. We aim to read every message and reply when a reply is needed, but please set your expectations modestly: responses can take several days, and complex issues may take longer to investigate or fix. Bug reports with clear reproduction steps (see above) tend to get resolved fastest because they save back-and-forth.
If your issue is urgent and medical, this is the wrong channel — see the honesty note below.
Frequently asked questions
Which channel should I use?
For a question or problem that needs a reply, use the Contact form. For a suggestion, use Feedback. To get involved, use Get Involved (sign-in required). If you can't open the app at all, email the developer.
Will I get a confirmation?
The in-app forms acknowledge submission on screen. Email replies come directly from the developer when your message needs one.
Can I request a new feature?
Yes — Feedback and Get Involved are the right places. Clear, specific requests ("I'd love a reminder X hours before an appointment") are the most actionable.
How do I delete my data or account instead?
That's self-service — see the delete-account page. You don't need to contact support to delete your account.
What this feature does NOT do
Support helps with the app — it is not a medical hotline. PregnancyPal does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or provide guidance on any pregnancy, fertility, or health condition, and the support channels are not staffed by clinicians.
If you have a medical question or concern — especially anything urgent — contact your doctor, midwife, emergency services, or a maternal-health line directly. PregnancyPal support and this documentation do not provide medical advice.
